Booking Your Accommodation

The luxurious Swissôtel Sydney is offering delegates a very special room rate of 10% off the best available rate at the time of booking. Accommodation rates do not include breakfast. Full buffet breakfast is available daily at a charge of $25.00 per person. This must be booked at the same time as the accommodation to receive discounted breakfast rate. This rate is valid for 2 nights pre-conference and 2 nights post-conference giving you extra time in Sydney for business or pleasure.

COVID-19 Event Policy

Your health and safety is our #1 priority and as an organisation, we will work to ensure the safest environment possible.

What measures are being taken to ensure the safety of participants and to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 at our events?

The APAC Business Leadership Summit is as registered COVID-safe event with the New South Wales Government and as such complies with all federal and state regulations and policies. The event will comply with all bio-safe measures to ensure the safety of delegates. The event will also comply with all venue policies in place at the time of the event. Social distancing, increased sanitization, decreased congestion in all areas with food service altered to minimise contact. Delegates will also be asked about their health and those with flu-like symptoms may not be permitted to attend. These measures may change and are dependent on the most up to date health advice from the New South Wales and federal government representatives.

What happens if government regulations or restrictions related to COVID-19 limit or prohibit me from attending in person?

We recognise there is uncertainty when registering for face to face events right now. We understand that you want to be able to plan ahead, register and benefit from the Early Bird savings.

We request from you your patience and your understanding that the Summit can only run in the current climate according to the information organisers have at the time and provide you a Book with Confidence guarantee that your investment will be realised.

If your ability to attend the event live is impacted by government restrictions, you can choose from the following options:

  1. Attend the event virtually. Your delegation fee will provide one additional complimentary delegate pass
  2. Transfer your delegation to the 2022 APAC Business Leadership Summit
  3. Request For Refund. All refunds incur a cancelation fee of 50% of the cost of registration.

Please note all travel costs and accommodation costs incurred are not the responsibility of the APAC Business Leadership Summit. We highly recommend at time of booking your flights and accommodation, you confirm with suppliers their COVID-19 refund policies.

If you no longer wish to attend the event due to your personal concerns of COVID-19, this may be treated as a ‘change of mind’ and will be treated as a Request For Refund.
